When enquiry delivery is configured, Cruuz Management uses the details you submit to understand your project and reply to your request. Your phone number and budget are optional. Avoid sending sensitive personal information.

Configured forms use Resend for notification delivery, Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection and Upstash Redis for short-lived rate-limit counters. Vercel hosts the application. The current setup does not store enquiries in an application database or subscribe you to marketing.

When you choose browser email, the website opens your selected email provider with your enquiry details in the compose link. Review and send the message there. That provider may save a draft under its own policies; Cruuz does not save a draft or send the message automatically.

Demo selections and simulated requests remain in browser memory and are not sent to businesses. Closing or reloading the page resets them.

Business contact details, final retention arrangements and a contact route for privacy requests must be confirmed by the owner before real enquiries are enabled.
